I'm Sakshi Walia, a licensed mortgage agent serving the Greater Toronto Area with Mortgage Intelligence — part of Canada's largest mortgage network. Based in the GTA — available virtually, by phone, and in person across the Greater Toronto Area.

My clients often come to me when a bank has said no, or when they feel overwhelmed by the mortgage process. I specialize in the situations that require more creativity and care: new immigrants building credit in Canada, self-employed entrepreneurs with non-traditional income, first-time buyers navigating a confusing process, and investors purchasing pre-construction condos.

With access to over 50 lenders — including major banks, credit unions, and monoline lenders — I can find options that your bank simply can't offer. And because I'm paid by the lender, not you, my service is completely free for most clients.
